We only ask for information that helps us understand your project, respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
Who is responsible

What we collect
A quote request can include your name, postcode, contact details, preferred contact method, project description, timing, rough budget and any project photos you choose to send.
Why we use it
We use this information to answer your enquiry, assess the work, arrange a visit and prepare or follow up a quote. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in managing genuine enquiries.
How it is handled
Photos are resized in your browser before they are sent. The website does not add quote requests to a customer database. The request is delivered by email using Resend, our email delivery provider, and is then held in the business mailbox. We do not sell your information.
How we protect the form
We use Google reCAPTCHA to help distinguish genuine enquiries from automated abuse. reCAPTCHA sets a necessary cookie when it runs its risk analysis. Google processes information about the request under its Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. The website receives verification information and a risk score; it does not add that information to a customer database.
How long we keep it
Enquiry information is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, provide a quote, manage any resulting work and meet legal or accounting obligations. Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted when they are no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or object to or restrict how it is used. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office. Contact us first and we will do our best to help.
